Analyst Charles Phillips says Oracle's warning will hurt several companies in his universe

Analyst Charles Phillips says the downgrades come on the back of Oracle's negative preannouncement and says Oracle issues will affect several enterprise software companies in his universe. He remains cautious until he sees signs of economic recovery. For Click Commerce, Phillips sees $0.02 2001 EPS, and $0.14 2002 EPS.
