Sick of the endless runaround every time you call a crowd to a meeting? TimeDance, a new Web-based service, might help (650 298-0360, www. timedance.com). After registering (it's free), you log on to its Web site, select or enter invitees, and suggest times for the meeting. The people on your list then get an e-mail from TimeDance asking them to visit the site and to check off when they can make it. TimeDance consolidates all the responses. Last step: an e-mail to each invitee announcing where and when the meeting will take place. Does that work for you?
