To hear boosters talk, Medical Savings Accounts are the millennial version of penicillin--a market-based elixir that will help 44 million uninsured Americans get health coverage through a combination of limited insurance and individual savings accounts. At least that's what Republicans and even some Democrats said when the House passed legislation on Oct. 6 to extend MSAs to everyone.
