No, the head of TheStreet.com Inc. is not that emotional, frizzy-haired guy who's ubiquitous on financial TV shows. TheStreet.com columnist and co-founder--and hedge-fund manager--James J. Cramer may be one of the more recognizable faces on Squawk Box and MoneyLine. But it is the popular Web site's chairman and CEO, Kevin W. English, a buttoned-down 46-year-old former Xerox Corp. salesman, who is quietly crafting strategy in a bid to make the site a media fixture.
