THE WEB IS A VIRTUAL CORNUCOPIA OF COOKING SITES, and this time of year they're filled with recipes for Thanksgiving. There is an especially nifty site, www.cooking.com, that went up just two months ago. It's really a store for cookware and kitchen gadgets but, unlike many cyberstores, it's more than a list of products and prices. There are two complete Thanksgiving menus: One is a traditional dinner, including shopping lists and a day-by-day schedule to prepare yourself for the big day. The second is an appealing, Southern-style Thanksgiving with smoked turkey, greens, and corn-bread stuffing that rivals any of the 20 menus offered by www.epicurious.com, the granddaddy of cooking Web sites. All of the recipes are linked to the cookbooks they came from.
