Norway's biggest challenge has long been what to do with all its money. With gushing oil revenues and one of the world's highest standards of living, the Norwegian economy seemed unstoppable. But now the boom has abruptly ended, and the economy, warns Solveig K. Erlandsen, an analyst with Handelsbanken Markets in Oslo, "is heading for a very hard landing."
