A Bailout Alone Won't Rescue Russia
Did the West have any choice in bailing out Russia once again--this time to the tune of $22 billion? Not much. Will it force Moscow to restructure the economy, so that it will grow as fast as, say, Poland? Not really. Does it matter much to the world? Yes, but not in any economic sense.
