What can you catch with a Web site? Customers. Two recent surveys on features and benefits of small-business sites show they boost sales and corporate image. So far, only 19% of small businesses have sites; 27% more plan one within a year. Super-small fry seem to ex-ploit the medium most vigorously: A third of businesses with fewer than 10 employees let customers order on the Web, vs. one-fifth of larger companies. Twice as many of the smaller group accept payment on the Web.
