Computer Translators Better Getting
COMPUTER PROGRAMS FOR translating one language into another still pale next to a good human translator. But a system being developed at the State University of New York at Buffalo could lift machine translation to new levels of sophistication. The software not only renders Chinese ideograms into English but also revises its translation as it gains a better understanding of the text.
