Don't Overlook New Zealand
Your map in "The Last Frontier" (Special Report, Sept. 18) leaves us out. For years, we've had 45-plus main lines per 100 inhabitants, and our telecom system is owned by AT&T. We may be a small nation of 3.5 million at the bottom of the world, but we have an economy that deserves better than to be ignored.
