Internet Assistant: A Gift

Free software from Microsoft Corp.? It's true. The Redmond (Wash.) giant is offering the Internet Assistant for Word at no charge. The program converts documents created with Word for Windows into the Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) that's used on the Internet's World Wide Web. Internet Assistant can also let you browse through the Web. Microsoft says copies will be available for downloading, probably by mid-January, from its Web server.
