How Cooper May Make Tracks

Tiremakers haven't burned much rubber on Wall Street lately: Their stocks have been, well, flattish. One reason is the 30% jump in the price of natural rubber. Even so, some pros think Cooper Tire & Rubber (CTB) is ready to snap back. The shares, which have fallen from nearly 30 in March to 22 lately, are clearly undervalued, says analyst Nicholas Lobaccaro of S.G. Warburg.
