If it's 8:30 a.m., your United Parcel Service package could be at its destination. That's two hours ahead of Federal Express Corp.'s guaranteed delivery time. Then again, if your company ships FedEx, you can schedule, label, send, and track a package via PowerShip, a computer placed on your premises for free. That's not to be confused with UPS's MaxiShip, a similar offering.
