Who's Buying Boeing's New 737s?

No airline will yet admit to ordering one, but Boeing will start development anyway of a larger version of its popular 737. Boeing says four undisclosed customers have "committed to order" more than 40 of the planes, dubbed the 737-800, which feature new engines and wings, more range, and a fuselage longer than the 737-400 it replaces. The almost-orders are worth $1.6 billion.
