A U.S. Product Japan Loves? Business Books
One American product the Japanese can't get enough of is business books. Out in translation only for six months, Reengineering the Corporation, by Michael Hammer and James Champy, is selling well in Japan--250,000 copies in print, vs. 450,000 in the U.S., where it's been out for a year.
