If you're a Type A personality--impatient, aggressive, and competitive--and if you have a job that requires varied skills, autonomy, prolonged training, and creativity: Watch out. Such work may not be good for your health. At least that's what researchers from the University of Nebraska and the University of Kansas concluded from one of the first studies designed to gauge the impact of job complexity on health.
