After The Overseas Assignment, A Ho Hum Homecoming

In reference to "The fast track leads overseas" (The Corporation, Nov. 1), you dealt too lightly with a major issue which, in my experience (including three years in London with GE Capital), faces executives who return from overseas assignments--reentry to the home office at a level commensurate with their experiences and capabilities.
