Euro Stocks That Get A Lift From The Greenback

Toronto isn't the only foreign market worth investigating. The rise in the dollar this year has spurred interest in European issues--especially ones with earnings from U.S. operations or exports. The strategy derives from a basic principle of foreign exchange: The stronger the dollar, the more local currency it fetches. So when the greenback rises, dollar-denominated revenues are worth more pounds, marks, or francs.
