It has all the earmarks of a developing trade war. With more than 1.1 billion people, the world's largest pool of cheap labor, China is clearly a trade power to be reckoned with. And now, as economists Michael Taylor and Stephen S. Roach of Morgan Stanley & Co. note, "it is turning increasingly aggressive in its battle for global market share."
