Headhunters Spy Signs Of Life In The NortheastGene Koretz
Suddenly, there seems to be a bit more room in some executive suites. According to the Association of Executive Search Consultants (aesc), executive searches in the Northeast rose by 15% in the fourth quarter and were up 10% from a year earlier. The recent upturn in the Northeast, says Van Doren, is the first since the summer of 1990, and "it makes us cautiously optimistic that the long-awaited economic turnaround has begun."
