John D. "Jack" Goeken, 61, is the phone world's most prolific entrepreneur. In his early 30s, he founded MCI Communications. Then, he started the FTD floral network. Next, he began Airfone, which provides phne service to airline passengers. In 1986, GTE bought him out. Now, Goeken is setting up a rival to GTE, In-Flight Phone Corp., which offers state-of-the-art digital phone, fax, and shopping servieces in airplanes.
