Nme Furloughs A Top Executive
After launching an internal investigation into the practices of some of its psychiatric units, National Medical Enterprises has announced that one of its top executives, Norman Zober, has taken an indefinite leave of absence. The company probe is looking into charges by the Texas attorney general that NME may have overbilled insurers. Other states are investigating NME as well. The company refused to make Zober available for comment.
