The Bush Administration says banking reform is its top domestic legislative priority. But the White House's point man on the issue isn't giving up his day job. New York University law Professor Michael Klausner is joining the President's policy staff to help on banking. But he's keeping his teaching post and plans to spend only one day or so a week in Washington. The Treasury Dept. also is handling much of the day-to-day legislative work.
