Estimated sales growth: the percentage change in sales for the next 12 months, vs. the previous 12 months, based on Bloomberg surveys of analysts. Estimated EPS growth: the percentage change in earnings per share for the next 12 months, vs. the previous 12 months, based on Bloomberg surveys of analysts. Figures are in U.S. dollars. N/M = not meaningful.
