Return all equipment. CSM will reach out to the customer within a week of the removal date to coordinate the return.<\/li>\n<li>Relocation order, even at the same address (different account number). Bloomberg will send new equipment for the user being relocated. The current equipment needs to be returned or you will be billed for it.<\/li>\n<li>After an equipment upgrade.
