I get a message saying I do not have sufficient rights to open the file when double-clicking on the Bloomberg icon, how can I access the Terminal?

This means your Window’s profile does not have the correct rights set up to run the Bloomberg software. With assistance from your system administrator, run SetPermissions.exe, or manually grant read and write access to the locations mentioned on the Minimum File and Registry Rights document from our documentation page.
