What do I do if my Bloomberg keyboard is not detected?

    For Bloomberg keyboard 4 (Starboard) please follow these steps:

  1. Close the Bloomberg Professional Services software.
  2. Unplug the Bloomberg keyboard cable from the USB slot.
  3. Allow Windows to install the appropriate in box drivers.
  4. If still not working plug the Bloomberg keyboard back into a different USB port (if available).
  5. Reopen the Bloomberg Professional Services software.
    6. Bloomberg Terminal users can log in here to submit a request for support, or contact Customer Support.
