How do I return a keyboard?
- Keep and re-use the box that the keyboard arrived in. If the box is not available, please contact Customer Site Management (CSM) to get an empty box for packing purposes.
- Reuse the air pouch (one keyboard per pouch).
- Put the keyboard into the pouch, secure it in the box, and tape the box closed.
- Use the return shipping label enclosed (US and Switzerland). If the shipping label is not US or Switzerland, please contact CSM.
- Cover the old label with new UPS label and give the box to UPS (US only).
