The month of August kicks off with outstanding recognition of Bloomberg Media’s high-value products, services and integrated team of expert practitioners and executives.

Bloomberg Media’s Global Ad Operations made this year’s Drum Digital Trading Awards USA shortlist for the “Best Ad Operations Team” category. Bloomberg Media was one of eight companies listed in the category, including The Financial Times, GlassView and Intermarkets, Inc.

Announced on August 1, the shortlist recognizes the companies and agencies dominating the digital media and trading ecosystem. The awards ceremony will be held on September 21 at Edison Ballroom in New York City.

The BMW Group #Beyond100 campaign won Bloomberg Media Studios the nomination for Best Branded Content Program at the first ever Digiday Publishing Awards Europe. The awards recognize the best digital publishing innovation by media companies operating in European markets. Bloomberg is up against Conde Nast Britain and The Atlantic. Winners will be announced at the Digiday Publishing Awards Europe Gala in London on Oct. 4.

In other news, Global Head of Ad Operations Megan Latham and Global Head of Ad Sales Marketing Amy Marks were named to the 2017 FOLIO: 100 Awards. The FOLIO: 100 honors the industry’s leading innovators, visionaries, entrepreneurs, marketing masters, and revenue generators. The Networking Reception will take place on October 9 at the Hilton Midtown in New York City.

At this year’s upcoming Adexchanger’s Programmatic I/O, Global Chief Revenue Officer Keith Grossman will discuss the latest programmatic trends, issues and best practices on a panel entitled “Ad Quality: Who’s Responsible?” He will be joined by Jonah Goodhart, CEO and Co-Founder of Moat; Shaune Kolber, Programmatic Creative and Ad Fraud Manager at Dell; and Coleen Kuehn, Chief Media Officer at Merkle.

The conference, which will unfold over the course of two panel and workshop-intensive days on October 25 – 26, will bring together industry leaders, thinkers, analysts, as well as top media companies and technology providers.
