On April 13, Bloomberg hosted an international delegation from the International News Media Association (INMA) and World Newsmedia Network (WNMN) as part of their 2016 study tour, Big Data for Media Week.

Bloomberg data scientists Pat Moore and Priyanka Naik discussed the role analytics plays in creating solutions and monetization opportunities for advertising clients, including a case study that lead to more than a 500% increase in conversions for an advertiser.

Jeremy Diamond and Adam Pierce of the Bloomberg Visual Data team illustrated how the Bloomberg team transforms Big Data from across platforms and multiple sources into visually appealing insights for the Bloomberg.com and Terminal consumer.
