The Bloomberg Terminal service is a seamlessly integrated solution that provides real-time and historical data, market moving news and analytics to help leading business and financial professionals worldwide make better informed investment decisions. The service also features execution platforms for every asset class, research and a global network to communicate securely and reliably.<\/p>\n<p>The Lab was inaugurated by Shri Ashok K.K. Meena, IAS, Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Odisha at the XIMB campus in the presence of Dr. Fr. Antony R. Uvari S.J., Vice Chancellor, Xavier University Bhubaneswaralong with\u00a0 Prof. Fr. E.A Augustine, S.J. Registrar, other Management Representatives, Faculty, Staff and Students.<\/p>\n<p>The Bloomberg Finance Lab will serve as a resource for both students and professors. It will enable students to become familiar with tools used in financial services, reinforcing classroom theory, while professors can use advanced data and analytics on the Bloomberg Terminal to further their own research.<\/p>\n<p>Ashlesh Gosain, Regional Head \u2013 South Asia, Bloomberg said, \u201cWe are pleased to partner with XIMB and offer the same market-moving news and data used by the world\u2019s leading business and financial professionals.
