New York — Bloomberg LP announced today that five partners from
\nWillkie Farr & Gallagher will be coming to Bloomberg as full-
\ntime employees to join the existing Bloomberg legal team,
\neffective January 1, 2012. The newly constituted internal legal
\nteam will include Dick DeScherer, Dan Grossman, David Levine,
\nCarol Mascera and Sarah Osborn from Willkie. DeScherer will
\nbecome Chief Legal Officer. <\/p>\n

\nLegal Officer of the company. We are also looking forward to
\nthe addition of his talented colleagues from Willkie Farr &

Willkie Farr & Gallagher has been Bloomberg\u2019s primary outside
\nlegal counsel since 1987 and DeScherer has worked with the
\ncompany during the same time period, serving on the Bloomberg
\nBoard of Directors for more than 25 years — a role he will
\ncontinue. Willkie Farr & Gallagher is supporting this
\ntransition and will continue as the company\u2019s primary external
\nlaw firm. <\/p>\n
