New York, May 14, 2026<\/strong> – Bloomberg today announced the integration of Bloomberg\u2019s BSpeech (\u2018BSpeech\u2019), a multi-language voice transcription service, into Bloomberg Vault, enabling systematic surveillance, search and analysis of voice communications at scale.<\/p>\n

The integration of BSpeech into Bloomberg Vault, Bloomberg\u2019s multi-channel communications governance solution, enables firms to enhance voice surveillance by converting conversations into structured, searchable data. This helps to transform voice data from just a record-keeping asset into a fully surveilled channel.<\/p>\n

Transcripts can be automatically generated and integrated into Bloomberg\u2019s compliance workflows, enabling firms to search, supervise, analyze, and audit voice communications at scale, beyond what is possible with only audio recordings. This reduces manual review time, improves keyword detection accuracy, accelerates investigations, and enhances policy enforcement across a wide range of communication channels.<\/p>\n
