CAPE TOWN –<\/strong> Bloomberg today announced that Fairtree, a leading South African investment manager, has deployed Bloomberg\u2019s BQuant Enterprise to modernize its research infrastructure, scale its quantitative capabilities, and support the launch of a new global equity fund.<\/p>\n

Fairtree, which manages US$12.3 billion (as at January 31, 2026) in traditional and alternative investment portfolios across all asset classes, already uses the Bloomberg Terminal, PORT Enterprise for portfolio and risk analytics, AIM for order and investment management, and Data License for comprehensive enterprise data. It has now adopted BQuant Enterprise to enhance its research-to-production workflows within a single, scalable environment. This fully managed, cloud-based analytics platform has enabled the firm to migrate from standalone R models to scalable Python-based workflows, improving integration, governance, and the deployment of investment models across teams.<\/p>\n
