London – The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has granted Recognition to Bloomberg Index Services Limited (BISL) as a third-country benchmark administrator under Article 32 of the EU Benchmark Regulation (EU BMR). This supports the continued availability of BISL\u2019s EU Paris-aligned and EU Climate Transition benchmarks in the EU. ESMA\u2019s decision will apply from 1 January 2026.<\/p>\n

In addition to ESMA\u2019s Recognition, BISL\u00a0is\u00a0authorised by the UK\u2019s Financial Conduct Authority to conduct benchmark administration under the UK Benchmark Regulation and is listed on the\u00a0<\/span>FCA Register.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n
