Bloomberg Sports (BSports) released a World Cup edition of its ‘Power 25’ rankings, and Colombia’s James Rodriguez has topped the list with a BSports rating of 83.84. France’s Karim Benzema is currently second with 83.24. Germay’s Thomas Muller is third with 82.82, while Argentina\u2019s Lionel Messi is fourth with 82.25. <\/p>\n

The index covers the entire World Cup, highlighting the performances of players in the most successful teams, along with some top performers in teams that crashed out earlier in the competition. It is a purely objective analysis of players in their respective positions and considers the context of opponent strength in each game throughout World Cup. <\/p>\n
