The Competition Markets Authority (CMA) announced today that Bloomberg\u2019s proposed acquisition of Broadway (the \u201cTransaction<\/strong>\u201d) will not be referred pursuant to section 33 of the Enterprise Act 2002.\u00a0 The CMA\u2019s review of the Transaction is therefore complete.<\/p>\n

Bloomberg and Broadway anticipate the acquisition to close in early Q4 2023.<\/p>\n
