You do that first by picking up phone calls and learning what departments exist in the firm and who to go to for help. That&#8217;s what differentiates us from our competitors.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After spending a short time in Global Customer Support, Amy moved into Analytics where she learned about the product, mainly the Terminal, then Sales.
