At Bloomberg we are committed to ensuring that we conduct business in a highly ethical, responsible and honest manner, compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The Bloomberg Ethics Hotline is a secure and confidential reporting channel that facilitates the disclosure of potential illegal, unethical, or improper conduct when an individual does not feel comfortable reporting directly to their Bloomberg contact, a Manager, Human Resources or Compliance. The Bloomberg Ethics Hotline is available to employees, both current and former, as well as third parties, which includes, but is not limited to, clients, contractors, vendors and others in a business relationship with Bloomberg.<\/p>\n

If you are unsure about where to report your concerns, feel uncomfortable reporting through usual means of communication, or want to raise the issue anonymously, please access the Bloomberg Ethics Hotline. Bloomberg will not review IP addresses or other device identifiers associated with your report. Bloomberg does not tolerate any retaliation against anyone who raises a concern made in good faith or assists in an investigation, and any retaliation is subject to disciplinary actions.<\/p>\n

The Bloomberg Ethics Hotline operates 24\/7, 365 days a year, is available in multiple languages, and is run by an independent, third-party provider. It provides a web-based reporting capability as well as a toll-free telephone-based service.<\/p>\n
