Much still needs to be done to achieve this, but one thing is more vital than anything else: developing AI-ready talent in the cities&#8217; tech and financial sectors.\u200b\u200b<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why Bloomberg and the Hong Kong United Youth Association (HKUYA) are partnering with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) on the Greater Bay Area Fintech Talent Initiative.
