Employees are also eligible to apply for unpaid parental leave in line with Government guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Non-primary caregivers are eligible for 4 weeks of 100% paid leave.<\/p>\n<h3>Maternity support program<\/h3>\n<p>Your CIGNA medical plan covers a fixed amount of all maternity-related expenses, including childbirth, prenatal and postnatal exams.
