The Analytics team handles more than 14,000 customer inquiries daily, interacting with around 70% of our users, helping them quickly find and act on the information they need. Because the team spans the globe, they’re able to provide 24/7 help in more than 15 languages. They build in-depth product knowledge while delivering daily customer service excellence through helpdesk chats, client trainings, and product deployment calls. They entrench existing user base through client trainings, seminars and onsite visits. They also help product teams to introduce new functionalities to customers through campaign calls. The variety of questions they answer and problems they solve is immense.
