Bloomberg wins the Financial Market Infrastructure Services award at the Central Banking Awards 2020

February 04, 2020

Bloomberg is pleased to announce it has received the Financial Market Infrastructure Services award 2020 at the annual Central Banking Awards.

The prestigious accolade, announced by Central Banking yesterday, recognizes how Bloomberg enables central banks to conduct all their open market operations, including foreign exchange, deposit and repo auctions.

Central Banking’s Awards are selected by a jury composed of industry experts and former central bankers. The objective is to bring together the official sector and financial technology communities to recognise organisations that improve efficiency and reduce risk in the financial system.

This award recognises Bloomberg’s ability to provide central banks with a comprehensive suite of advanced analytics, powered by our high-quality data, to support decision-making across most of their activities. From allocating foreign reserves and preserving financial stability to domestic operations, liquidity and trading, Bloomberg provides data analytics and solutions that help central banks make well-informed investment and policy decisions.
