Bloomberg CTO Shawn Edwards Recognized on Constellation Research’s 2024-2025 Artificial Intelligence 150

Bloomberg announced today that its Chief Technology Officer, Shawn Edwards, has been recognized by Constellation Research as part of its inaugural 2024-2025 Artificial Intelligence 150 (AI150), a list of top executives leading AI transformation efforts around the globe. Each leader on the AI150 demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how the world is responding to artificial intelligence and how new technologies can be leveraged for future innovation.

In his role as Bloomberg’s CTO, Edwards sets the global technology strategy for the company, including driving enhancements to the company’s technology infrastructure to strengthen its core business, the Bloomberg Professional Service. He and his team, in partnership with Bloomberg’s global Product, Engineering, and Data teams, are instrumental in the ongoing development of Bloomberg’s leading market data, analytics, news and community products. The team researches existing and emerging technologies and builds solutions in strategic areas – including artificial intelligence.
