Bloomberg provides a comprehensive suite of programs and tools for you to manage your health and wellbeing.

Wellbeing programs

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Speak with an experienced EAP counselor for up to eight free sessions, in person or by phone. You can call the EAP for relationship issues, grief and loss, parenting questions, career development, work-life services, and more.   • On-site Health Centers – Experienced healthcare providers (i.e. physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants) are available on-site at 731 Lexington, 120 Park, Skillman and 919 Third Avenue (days/hours of operation may vary). They can provide medical treatment for both episodic and urgent illnesses, blood draws and lab work, travel vaccines, and many other health services.
  • Wellness Coaches – You have access to Wellness Coaches who are registered dietitians trained to address nutrition, stress, sleep, exercise, tobacco reduction, and weight loss. This service is free of charge for employees and anything discussed stays confidential. Coaches are available for appointments on-site in New York and New Jersey, as well as virtually. Family programs

Back-up Child and Elder Care

The Bright Horizons Back-Up Care Program offers employees access to back-up child and elder care throughout the country when regular care arrangements become temporarily unavailable. All employees have access to 25 days of back-up care per dependent per year.  If employees have a child under the age of one, they have an additional 10 days of care available in the first year of their child’s life. Breast Milk Delivery

Bloomberg’s breast milk delivery service, provided by Milk Stork, offers breastfeeding mothers, who are traveling on business, the ability to order a breast milk delivery kit to their hotel and ship or carry their milk home during their trips. College Coach

The College Coach program assists Bloomberg families in planning how to prepare, apply to, select, and finance a child’s college education. The program includes webinars, personalized counseling, an on-demand help desk, and a virtual learning center. Call 1-866-914-5807 to access the services.

 

Caregiver Coaching

Bloomberg’s Caregiver Coaching program, provided through Talking Talent, includes four one-on-one coaching sessions for working caregivers. The coaches provide support and help these employees as they navigate the challenges of caregiving and the impact it has on their life and career. Special Needs Program

The Special Needs program, powered by Torchlight, offers parents of children with special and exceptional needs an intelligent, self-directed web-based solution to guide families to better understand, advocate for, and care for children with special needs, using resources to help families navigate the educational system. Call 1-844-693-3477, or email support@torchlight.care with questions or to access the service. As of 12/31/2025, Bright Horizons will no longer be offering this program.

MACHINE READABLE FILES

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
