Analytics and Sales program

Congratulations on progressing to the business interview for our Analytics & Sales Program! Here are some resources and tips to help you prepare for your interview and learn more about Bloomberg and the role.

About Bloomberg

Bloomberg is a global information and technology company. By harnessing the power of data, news and analytics, we help organize, understand and bring clarity to a complex world. Our customers across the globe rely on us to deliver accurate, real-time business and market information that helps them make important financial decisions.

Our success reaches far beyond the finance and technology industries: we invest nearly all of our profits to help solve humanitarian issues globally and in our own communities. Through Bloomberg Philanthropies, we are committed to support worthy causes where the greatest good can be achieved.

Discover our values — and how we live them.

We believe profit and principles are not mutually exclusive. They reinforce one another. And doing the right thing —by our people, our customers, our communities and our planet — is also the best thing for our business.

A calm voice in a busy, volatile market

Our Analytics team provides unparalleled product support for 325,000+ Terminal users all over the world, across multiple industries. In Analytics, you will:

  • Help clients navigate Terminal functions over Helpdesk (our instant-chat platform)
  • Engage clients in new functionality releases
  • Lead client trainings

Once you’re a Terminal expert, you can choose to focus on a specific area within the financial markets (like fixed income or equities) and become an advanced specialist. From Analytics, employees can move into specialist or leadership positions within the department, or transfer into Sales where they can:

  • Engage with clients
  • Manage existing client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Increase revenue
