After today’s Supreme Court’s ruling on the Affordable Care Act, I interviewed Tom Goldstein, founder of SCOTUSblog, specifically about the court’s decision that Congress can’t take away all of a state’s federal Medicaid money if they do not comply with the health care law’s conditions.
The ruling on Medicaid eligibility may have given states rights advocates an opportunity to challenge other statutes, Goldstein said.
Listen to Goldstein, who is also a High Court litigator, talk about the decision and its implications in my podcast.
