CMA Review of the Bloomberg Acquisition of Broadway Technology is Complete

The Competition Markets Authority (CMA) announced today that Bloomberg’s proposed acquisition of Broadway (the “Transaction”) will not be referred pursuant to section 33 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The CMA’s review of the Transaction is therefore complete.

Bloomberg and Broadway anticipate the acquisition to close in early Q4 2023.
