Erika Irish Brown
Erika Irish Brown is the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Bloomberg. In her role, she develops and leads the company’s global strategy in promoting an inclusive environment and diversity across all aspects of the business. Her drive for socio-economic equity is what empowers her to ensure everyone has access to the same opportunities.
Megan Murphy
Megan Murphy is the Editor of Bloomberg Businessweek, the print, web and mobile news magazine covering global perspectives of business. Prior to that, she was the Washington Bureau Chief for Bloomberg News managing the reporting of government politics and federal regulations. Megan is an advocate for the underrepresented, encouraging others to learn about self-determination and who they are to live an empowered life, personally and professionally.
Deirdre Bigley is the Chief Marketing Officer at Bloomberg. She oversees marketing for the company brand and all Bloomberg businesses including Financial Products, Media and the Vertical Industries, globally. Her leadership style is grounded in compassion; it’s less about balance, but an ongoing fluctuation between work and life, understanding your team on a holistic level and supporting them through and through.
