Bloomberg Finance Pathways brings together influential leaders from the public and private sectors to unlock opportunities for the next generation of talent in finance. Working in collaboration with our global network of non-profit partners, the initiative aims to inspire and empower individuals, developing their leadership potential and equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to launch a successful career in finance. As well as providing invaluable career insights, mentoring, and practical experience, the initiative aspires to strengthen students’ confidence and demystify the field of finance.
